Understanding intimacy, desire, sexuality, & connection
Sex Therapy
Sexuality is an important part of our overall well-being, but it isn't always easy to talk about. Changes in desire, sexual difficulties, differences in sexual needs, intimacy concerns, communication around sex, or experiences that have affected how you feel about your sexuality can leave you feeling frustrated, disconnected, confused, or unsure of where to begin.
Sex therapy provides a space to explore these concerns openly and without judgment. Together, we can look beyond the immediate problem to understand the emotional, relational, physical, and behavioral patterns that may be affecting your sexual well-being.
Whether you're navigating changes in desire, difficulty communicating about sex, challenges with intimacy, or simply want to develop a healthier and more fulfilling relationship with your sexuality, therapy can help you better understand what is happening and what you want to change.
I work with individuals and relationships, and I welcome a range of sexual experiences, identities, relationship structures, and relationship goals. My approach is sex-positive and grounded in curiosity, respect, and the belief that there isn't one definition of a healthy or fulfilling sex life.
You don't have to know exactly what's wrong or have the right words to begin. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and develop a path forward that feels right for you.
