Creating healthier patterns, deeper connection, and relationships that feel intentional and fulfilling.

Relationship Therapy

Relationships can be deeply meaningful and still become difficult to navigate. You may find yourselves having the same arguments, struggling to feel heard or understood, feeling emotionally disconnected, or unsure how to move forward after trust has been damaged. Sometimes the problem isn't one specific issue, but a pattern that keeps repeating despite your best efforts to change it.

Relationship therapy provides a space to slow those patterns down and understand what is happening beneath the conflict. We can explore communication, emotional regulation, attachment, boundaries, responsibility, intimacy, trust, and repair while looking at the ways each person contributes to the dynamic. The goal isn't simply to learn how to argue less—it is to develop a deeper understanding of yourselves and each other and create new ways of responding when things get difficult.

I work with relationships at different stages and in different forms. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy, and you don't have to know whether you want to stay, leave, change your relationship, or simply understand what is happening before beginning. Therapy can give you the space to have honest conversations, identify what needs to change, and make more intentional decisions about the relationship you are creating.

What can relationship therapy help with?

Relationship therapy can be helpful when you're experiencing ongoing conflict, communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, trust or betrayal issues, differences in needs or expectations, changes in the relationship, difficulty repairing after conflict, or uncertainty about how to move forward. It can also be a place to strengthen an already healthy relationship and develop the skills needed to navigate future challenges together.

And because sex and relationships are often deeply connected, we can also explore intimacy, desire, sexual concerns, and other aspects of your relationship when they are part of what you're experiencing.
